"Had the absolutely wonderful opportunity to talk with Jimmy on getting our insurance for our van set up. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Even with phone communication issues and technology issues he still made it a priority to call us back and or set up a phone call with us at a later time. He was patient when my husband had to go to work and I had to be the caller and messenger between the two of them. (lol) but overall jimmy was very polite and kind.
