"Hi Shaina, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. I did check into you contacting us during this timeframe and found that you spoke directly to one of our agency team members back in May regarding a State increase to your policy which notes of the conversation are present on your profile. There has been no other attempts via phone call, voicemail, text message or email from you after that conversation during normal business hours that would have lead to you not reaching us. It does show attempts of you calling after hours which you spoke to our back office line who are available after normal business hours and on the weekend. You requested your cancellation with that after hours department outside of normal business hours in fact which is time stamped on your profile.
